TESTS 1-20 FROM THE CATAPULT PAPERS IN FULL-COLOUR PRINT: P7-LEVEL TESTS

Every test has been written in the style and format of the new Northern Ireland post-primary assessment tests (SEAG).

These tests have been intentionally designed to be challenging; the purpose of The Catapult Papers is to prepare kids for the toughest kinds of questions that could appear in the official exams.

Unlike most other practice test series, The Catapult Papers are not only colourful and child-friendly in appearance, they also include an Answers & Explanations booklet for parents.

Each test includes 56 questions (28 English and 28 Maths). As per the SEAG format, 44 of these questions are multiple-choice; 12 are free-response.

All tests have been written by Trevor Veale, full-time tutor at Catapult and former Key Stage 2 teacher. The level of difficulty is set to the expected level that children will face in the official tests.

Student answer sheets are provided for every test.

Although it’s the season when the colour drains from the faces of Year 7 students (and their parents), at least we can bring some colour back with these beautifully presented tests!
